Cantero Madera Terms of Service

Cantero Madera is a Dropship Calendar product. These Terms govern your use of the Cantero Madera desktop application (“Application”). By accepting them, you confirm that you are an adult, can enter this agreement, and will use the Application lawfully.

1. License and acceptable use

With a valid license, you receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Application. You may not bypass licensing or security controls, resell or share access without authorization, interfere with the Application or its services, submit deceptive data, or violate law or another person's rights. You may not reverse engineer the Application except where law expressly permits it. You are responsible for protecting your license credentials.

2. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accounts, browser profiles, marketplace activity, connected services, payment methods, purchases, and other resources you use with the Application. You must have all required permissions and follow applicable law and third-party terms.

Automation can fail or perform actions that are difficult to reverse. Review configurations and outcomes before relying on them. Cantero Madera is not affiliated with or endorsed by the third-party platforms and service providers you choose to use with the Application unless expressly stated.

3. Data and privacy

Most feature content and operational records remain on your computer. To provide, secure, support, measure, and improve the Application, we and our service providers process limited categories of licensing and agreement information, device and application information, usage and diagnostic information, and network and security information. We use pseudonymous identifiers where appropriate, but pseudonymous information is not necessarily anonymous.

Centralized usage information is summarized and periodic; it is not a complete or real-time recording of everything you do in the Application. The Privacy Notice explains the categories, purposes, recipients, retention approach, and available choices and rights.

4. Third parties, updates, and availability

Third-party services have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for their availability, policy changes, account decisions, suspensions, or results.

We may update the Application for security, compatibility, legal, or product reasons. Features and supported workflows may change. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Purchase terms shown when you obtain a license also apply.

5. Ownership, suspension, and termination

Cantero Madera, Dropship Calendar, and their licensors retain all rights in the Application and related materials. Feedback may be used without restriction or compensation, but we will not publicly identify you without permission.

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, security risk, unlawful use, nonpayment, or when required by law. You may stop using and uninstall the Application at any time.

6. Disclaimers and liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE A PARTICULAR AUTOMATION, ACCOUNT, OR BUSINESS OUTCOME.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE APPLICATION WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR CANTERO MADERA DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions. Nothing here limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud or gross negligence where applicable.

7. Changes and contact

Material changes are issued as a new version in an Application release and require new acceptance. The version recorded when you accept continues to govern that acceptance.
