Cantero Madera Privacy Notice
Effective date: July 27, 2026
Cantero Madera is a Dropship Calendar product. This notice explains how information is handled when you use the Cantero Madera desktop application (“Application”), its licensing and support services, and related centralized services. We use pseudonymous identifiers where appropriate, but pseudonymous information may still be personal information and is not necessarily anonymous.
At a glance
- Most feature content and operational records remain on your computer.
- We centrally process limited categories of licensing and agreement information, device and application information, usage and diagnostic information, and network and security information.
- We use this information to provide, secure, support, measure, analyze, maintain, improve, and develop the Application and related services.
- The collection described here is a condition of this Application version. We do not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use it for targeted advertising.
Review the Notice at Collection for a shorter summary.
1. Information stored on your device
The Application stores information needed for the features you use, such as settings, connected account configuration, browser profiles, workflow and run history, and locally generated files. This information is not centralized merely because it exists in the Application's local storage.
Removing a local profile, uninstalling the Application, and requesting deletion of centrally processed information are separate actions.
2. Information processed through our services
We process the following categories:
- Licensing and agreement information: information used to activate, validate, administer, and support your license, plus the legal-document versions and acceptance record associated with your use of the Application.
- Device and application information: limited information about the Application version, operating-system and device type, and pseudonymous installation or application identifiers.
- Usage and diagnostic information: summarized information about feature use, profile lifecycle, workflows, runs, checkpoints, statuses, timing, and reliability. This information is periodic and is not a complete or real-time recording of every action.
- Network and security information: connection, request, authentication, fraud-prevention, and similar technical information ordinarily processed when an online service is delivered and protected.
3. Sources and purposes
We obtain information from you when you activate the Application or contact support, from the Application and device when features or centralized services are used, and from service providers that help us operate those services.
We use the information to:
- provide, license, authenticate, secure, maintain, and support the Application;
- measure reliability and understand product and workflow performance;
- analyze, improve, and develop features and related services;
- detect, investigate, and prevent misuse, fraud, security incidents, and technical problems;
- respond to privacy requests, disputes, and support needs; and
- comply with law and protect rights, safety, and property.
4. Centralized product-analytics boundary
Centralized product analytics is not designed to include the contents of connected accounts, mailboxes, webpages, or user files; account passwords; payment or order details; precise location; screenshots; or free-form user content. Operational content may still remain on your computer or be processed by a third-party service you choose to connect.
5. How information is disclosed
We disclose information only as reasonably necessary to:
- service providers that host, secure, license, distribute, support, or help analyze the Application and related services;
- professional advisers and auditors who are subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations;
- authorities or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, security, and the integrity of the service; and
- a successor or transaction participant in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale, subject to appropriate safeguards.
We do not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use it for targeted advertising.
6. Retention
We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above. When setting a period, we consider the nature and sensitivity of the information, the duration of our relationship, security and support needs, applicable legal and recordkeeping requirements, and the need to establish or defend legal claims.
In general:
- short-lived network, transmission, and security records are kept for no longer than 30 days, unless needed longer for a documented security incident, dispute, or legal obligation;
- usage and diagnostic information is kept for up to 24 months;
- licensing and agreement information is kept for the duration of the relationship and any additional period required for legal recordkeeping or claims; and
- privacy-request and deletion-control records are kept only as needed to respond to the request, demonstrate compliance, and prevent deleted information from being silently restored or recollected.
Verified deletion may remove information earlier unless retention is required or permitted for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or the establishment or defense of claims. Limited recovery copies may remain temporarily until they are overwritten or expire through the ordinary recovery cycle.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information and the risks involved. No system is perfectly secure.
8. Choices and rights
The centralized processing described here is a disclosed condition of this Application version. There is no in-app analytics opt-out. You may decline and not use the Application, or stop using and uninstall it. This does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of personal information; restrict or object to certain processing; appeal a decision; and be free from discrimination for exercising applicable privacy rights. We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a request.
Submit requests through the Dropship Calendar contact form. State that the request concerns Cantero Madera and the right you want to exercise. Do not send a license key. If applicable, you may appeal through the same form or contact your privacy regulator.
9. Adults, international processing, and changes
The Application is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We and our service providers may process information in jurisdictions other than where you live, using contractual or other safeguards when required.
Material changes are issued as a new version in an Application release and require new acknowledgment. The version recorded when you acknowledge continues to describe that processing.
Questions and privacy requests can be submitted through the Dropship Calendar contact form.
